i am sick...again

with a heavy heart i have decided to drop out of the LA marathon in March. i have been ill two times in the past month and have not been able to train well. both illnesses have been head/lung/nose and i don't feel that i am well enough to train now. i am very upset about this but i think its for the best.

Our companion Sheldon was put down last night after a long sturggle with degenerative kidney failure. He was four years old, just to young to have this, but there was nothing any of us could do. He will be greatly missed.
